Interesting. First "texting" is associated to bridge text and music (where I actually have my main media of expression in both professional and private routes). Then it moves in main meaning over time to the SMSed life.

REFLECTION: Aha, someone up there has fun with me :). Today, need to rename this daily blog note Phrase of the Day, ha ha.
Here I begin and initiate a stream of XotD's - xomething of the day, and it is words and tunes. And of course, they had to be unified as phenomena - or at least one bridging to the other - by having the transferred (or shall I say trance-ferred ;) meaning in the Music field.
Flow continues.
I realize that the first ID tag comes natural (see post from yesterday) - "music". But, I have to ponder on how to phrase that tag that stands for my communication mode when I cannot find words enough ;). Heh. But I'll figure it out, I rest assured.

REFLECTION: A word with a contrast
To neck a hen. Nah, not me, me no likes, me vegetarian. Dutch "nekken", to kill. Or to show love, to hug someone around the neck.
And by the way, "näck" in Swedish is semi-slang for "naked", or "naken" in normal Swedish. In the flesh, yeah. But do not kill and eat me :).

Reflection: What was the meaning?
I always have believed in making meaning of the thought-to-be random. Serendipities as meaningful discoveries, synchronicities as meaningful events: Not random. But, still, it is you who make meaning.
It seems that the meaning, the motive, why the first WotD I introduce from OED (see last post), is related to the process of getting something inclusive - I referred to a habit. To make natural. So, making a behaviour natural - like daily blogging - is to naturalize, then. Hm. Cool.
Just lived the word, then :).
Making blogging a daily habit is not as easy as making yourself a cup of coffee. But making a cup of coffee can give you inspiration ;) ?
The solution with Vox is the QoftD - Question of the Day. A starting point. I contemplated around the OTD idea, and came up with something similar - "WotD" - word of the day. As a way to increase my own vocabulary in my second language, words are the building element, the raw material for the blogger, since we deal mostly with text. Over time, all media represented at Vox could be OTD's here (photos, audio, video, books), but let's start out with text.
So - I begin with the mother of all dictionaries - OED, Oxford English Dictionary :).
